Disappointing

Great for overnight stays.

Liked: We have stayed here several times and think the bed is the most comfortable in Coffs Harbour; and the room is always clean.
Disliked: We find the administration quite difficult to deal with; and parking is regarded as a privilege.

It was all we needed...

Liked: Convenient location. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Convenient parking
Disliked: Room was a bit tight.

Great spot, clean, with comfy...

Liked: Great Position, comfy large bed, clean and quiet.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned during stay (4nights) even though we put the sign out to request clean. It had been raining so the floor and towels became quite wet and dirty. Car parks were a bit hard to maneuver into and out off, especially if parked next to larger vehicles

I would not choose this...

Liked: It’s a room.
Disliked: I stayed on the ground floor, parking was outside my unit but told to park on the street. Bat crap on my car in the morning. Bathroom sink had not been cleaned at all, toothpaste splatters all over the spout and pieces of blue toothpaste on basin. Response from owners: apologies, will let the cleaner know.
