Liked: Great location to the beach
Disliked: We were kept awake until around midnight due to young children screaming and jumping around their room. Definitely not relaxing environment.

Personal favorite when in Fort...

Liked: Location is phenomenal. Close to the beach, close to town but not smack in the middle. The rooms are great - spacious and comfortable. The view from the patio can’t be beat as you are looking at the sun as it sets everyday. The staff is great and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed both times I’ve stayed there!!
Disliked: My only real qualm is the parking, the lot is small and it can be tight at times but there really is nothing that can be done given the lot size.

The room situation was disappointing.

Liked: The view was spectacular. The room was a very strange setup. There was no breakfast.
Disliked: We have been return customers for around ten years only once were we able to get the room we asked for. This time we booked over a month in advance and were told they should be able to accommodate us. Not the case. The room they gave us had the shower in the middle of the room. Open on both sides and you needed a step stool to get in and it was very difficult to get out. The entire room would be full of steam. We are older folks and this was not cool. We were told no other rooms were available. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to open or close. We asked for it to be fixed. Don't know if they tried or not. That was a bummer. We left before our booked stay ended. Thought our loyalty to the hotel would be considered but not so. We love Ft. Bragg but may have to reconsider our accommodations should we return.

Disliked: Had to get ice out of ice chest in office. Supplies not refreshed daily, have to go to office for more coffee supplies.
