Disliked: Wish there was chair or small table in room.

Liked: Great decor and aesthetic. Location was fantastic for our stay.
Disliked: No coffee in room, open coffee in lobby was so-so

Liked: Clean, beautiful esthetics, perfect location. Very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Amazing amenities, ie espresso bar, gym, elegant restaurant/bar.
Disliked: Nothing negative to comment on.

Liked: Went to check in and the guy said we never paid for the room and tried to have us repay even though we got confirmation and everything. Then when I said no im not paying again we then got charged a no show fee. So we paid for a room and didn’t even stay there. Ended up canceling our trip d/t all other hotels being booked out.

Liked: Good location. Nice view of the court house. Clean and well-decorated room and bath.
Disliked: No coffee maker/tea, luggage stand, or iron in our room. And nothing but tap water in the lobby for those checking in. For the price per night, paid parking and no breakfast, we expect more amenities in our room. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything in the hallway.At 7:30am on Saturday, I went down to the lobby for the commentary coffee and it was out. Parking isn’t validated for guests, which is unheard of in Des Moines. Many great hotels in this area in the same price range with more features, services, and amenities.
