Disappointing

Great location

Liked: Staff are fantastic Balcony with ocean view Direct beach and boardwalk accessExcellent access to convention center Free onsite parkingbasic kitchenette with excellent fridge & freezerThis is a no-frills hotel ( no meals/ restaurant but there are vending machines), no ocean view from the bedroom but fantastic living room/ balcony views
Disliked: Property feels dated - elevator struggled and was out of service briefly; carpet is torn and patched; faucets are hard to turn off/ on and dripNot really bad, but: "Art on Atlantic" city-sponsored street music sets up immediately in front of the hotel - evenings are loud Pool is on west side of building, street-side near air conditioning units - it's in the shade until noon and is loud but otherwise we'll kept

Disliked: Elevator did not work on and off. Staff was no help. We had to walk up 6 flights several times. We had no blankets r sheets for couch bed. Front desk said they did not have anyone to bring to us. Will never stay there again

Disliked: Poor staff attitudes, didnt want to give toilet paper,towels,wash cloths, etc… even with initial request through the booking app. It was an attitude that it was a hassle to have guest. Checking to see if you are indeed a guest at the hotel is a comfort. However asking with an attitude and stating they’re going to check more than once when they’ve interacted with you daily is an insult.
