Liked: We loved the location as our son is here for school and we were not far from where he was staying, They had board games in main lobby for families to sit and play
Disliked: You could tell there was some type of water damage to our room. When we called front desk for some towels and to let them know our tv wasn’t working and needed a new hdmi cord, he told us he was to busy to bring towels however he would bring us a new hdmi cord

Liked: The set up of the suites are really nice, no worries of housekeeping knocking daily on your door. Feels like a home. They have a pool and a hot tub.

Liked: I liked the fact that the room had a lot of space.
Disliked: There were 3 things I didn’t like. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to look up the hotel number to call the front desk from my cell phone. Number two couldn’t change the tv because the remotes wouldn’t work. Last I had to save the worst for last after a long day I finally decided to lay day and moved the pillow to prop my head up and someone else underwear was in the bed which mean the room wasn’t cleaned. The owner of the property tried to give me 5,000 reward points instead of giving me my refund. I’ll be calling the property back to see when will I get my refund horrible experience. The staff was very helpful and move quickly to resolve the problem, but who wants to even have to experience finding someone else underwear in a bed they are laying in.

Disliked: I thought the late night and daytime people were pretty rude. The 2 times I had to walk to the office to ask questions I was made to feel like I was really putting them in an inconvenience by asking questions. And there's nowhere to buy snacks or drinks except in the lobby but I was told that was closed from midnight to five am
