Liked: The pool and jacuzzi area was well maintained and clean. It looked nice from the outside and from the online pictures. the next day, the day of my leaving, there was an African American desk clerk with dreadlocks who was very helpful and apologetic for the discomfort and asked one of the house keepers to unclog the tub.
Disliked: The bathroom pocket door was damaged, the bathtub was rusted. The bathtub was clogged. I asked the evening desk clerk for help, he told me to get a plunger from the front and plunge the tub myself! I never had this happen to me in a hotel before. He said there would be a plumber/maintenance man the next morning @ 9am, however, the next morning when I inquired, there was no maintenance person. Also, I had a king size bed that squeaked every time you turned . It was not comfortable. I heard the people upstairs walking heavy. I got no sleep. I also asked the evening clerk for eating locations, he told me a Mcdonalds. I never eat fast food. I later found out after googling, there were a lot of choices on Davis Hwy. I feel when I use a second party booking company, I get worst rooms. I should not have been charged full price for this.

Liked: I loved everything about the hotel. I will definitely give it a 20 out of a 10. The room was real nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone. We had a king suite. The kitchen was nice, they had a table in the kitchen. They also offered board games and all day and night juices and coffee. We were able to play a board game in our room all night
Disliked: Everything was great, nothing could have been better. They mastered everything for a hotel
