Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: There were roaches in the room, and the facility wasn't handicap friendly.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and well maintained both inside and out .The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful..I would stay again and I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Conroe Tx.

It was ok.

Liked: It seemed clean. The staff was nice.
Disliked: It was ok, a little overpriced. No elevator! I paid extra for an ADA room so they couldn’t put us upstairs. We both have back trouble and toting suitcases upstairs is not a good idea.

Liked: The front desk ladies checked me in easily and were very nice. My room was clean. Parking was convenient.
Disliked: The ice machine was not working.
