Disliked: Smelled like mildew when you walk into the room

I’m in the area annually...

Liked: It’s clean, feels safe and is a great location for my needs.
Disliked: Ongoing construction. Blocked sidewalks and entry drive through. Pool closed. Construction debris in rear parking area. Had to maneuver around crews and equipment. Some construction noise Monday morning before I left. All temporary, of course, but a bit inconvenient.

Liked: Very clean. Updating pool and portico are a good sign.

Horrible.

Liked: The guy at the front counter was the only nice person we encountered that worked there.
Disliked: Both mornings we had people drilling concrete at 8:30 am which my kids were asleep. I called the front office Monday 4/21 no answer called 4/22 and was told there was nothing he could do. They should have put us up front in they knew they were doing drilling work in the mornings. Very unprofessional.
