Horrible.

Liked: The guy at the front counter was the only nice person we encountered that worked there.
Disliked: Both mornings we had people drilling concrete at 8:30 am which my kids were asleep. I called the front office Monday 4/21 no answer called 4/22 and was told there was nothing he could do. They should have put us up front in they knew they were doing drilling work in the mornings. Very unprofessional.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Kim from the front desk was exceptional and checked us in so quickly! Our room was so clean and everything was perfectly stocked! (Coffee and towels were perfect) The beds were made with no creases and soooo cozy. The TV, fridge, hair dryer and coffee maker all worked. The room also smelled amazing and clean when we first walked in.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was the lady two rooms down stepped out of her room at 12:45am and locked herself out and started banging like the police on her door and it scared us awake. This, however, had nothing to do with SureStay or how the company did for our stay.

Liked: Nice quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds and overall great location. The breakfast was really good.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I would complain about.

Disliked: Toilet gurgling (line stoppage). Found a roach.
