SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tulsa East

The room was clean, however the front desk was so rude. The doors stuck so that is all I heard all night, and anytime anyone took a shower our flushed a toilet - I could hear all of it in our room.

Liked: The room was pretty clean.
Disliked: The doors stuck so I heard the doors slamming shut all night.

Liked: Our stay at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tulsa East was incredible, thanks to the outstanding hospitality from the managing partner, Sunny. We mistakenly assumed the airport shuttle ran earlier than 10 AM, and when we called at 9 AM, Sunny personally came to pick us up—and even offered to take us for breakfast along the way. He later offered to drive us back to the airport at 8 AM for our return flight. When we tried to tip him, he kindly asked us to tip his hardworking staff instead. That level of generosity and service is rare. Sunny truly went above and beyond, and we’re beyond grateful. Customer service was 100/10—thank you for making our trip so smooth and welcoming!

Disliked: My room was not cleaned during my stay there. I was not assisted with my luggage. The room had a stale smell
