SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tulsa East

The room was clean, however the front desk was so rude. The doors stuck so that is all I heard all night, and anytime anyone took a shower our flushed a toilet - I could hear all of it in our room.

Liked: The room was pretty clean.
Disliked: The doors stuck so I heard the doors slamming shut all night.

Liked: The big tub the staff was so nice, the rooms were a good size for the two of us, the breakfast was okay just needed some fruit and bread for toast, butter and jelly.
Disliked: Needed more choices for the complimentary breakfast like fruit and toast jelly

Liked: When I arrived and went into my room, I immediately noticed a urine smell. I alerted the front desk. They did nothing about it. I asked them to move me but they said they were full. I left for my event. Upon my arrival, I found the outside door completely open. There was a man in the hall. I asked him if he worked there, and he said no. However, he did. There was also damage to the room. I showed the clerk. Again, they didn't care. Breakfast didn't save them either. Just don't stay here unless there is no other option.

Liked: Already discussed problems with manager owner. He was very pleasant and professional. Problem had to do with night attendant and group of highschool guests.
Disliked: Noise during nite with no control over group of high schoolers staying that nite.
