SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western The Villages

Strict 3PM check in. Told there was no room available at 2PM even though the parking lot was empty! Most employees unfriendly. Room rates too expensive because a small band was performing at The Sharon L Morse Center.

Liked: Free Parking.
Disliked: Dirty carpet; small TV; pillow case was dirty; bathroom fan switch not working; bad smell.

Liked: Different options to choose from . & The location was near a lot of restaurants which is a HUDGE plus and just overall convenient
Disliked: Alot of spider webs around the door, had to kill 3 inside my room near the door. I left a early morning and had to go down and retrieve my own towels , no privacy sticker in the door and I called before I left.

Liked: I never seen the property at all. It was booked by accident or app glitch. No one has helped me resolve this issue up to now. Today 7/1/25
Disliked: This property was booked by accident or confusiJune. June 26th the booking.com app . I immediately contacted booking.com and the property directly and booking.com promised me that this would be resolved within 24 hours. However booking.com sent the email for cancelation without charge to the wrong hotel.

Very disappointed with what should...

Liked: The room was beautiful.
Disliked: My husband had one cigarette on the balcony, and they kept our entire deposit. The picture they showed me was from the 1st floor, we were in the 2nd, showing my husband's hand with a cigarette hanging over the balcony. I know he shouldn't have done that, but keeping our entire deposit for it is insane. There were no ashes or butts on the ground, and there was no smoking in the room at all. And we didn't even get a call or anything about it.
