Disliked: It looked nice on the surface, but the building is practically falling down. Creaks and noise the whole time!

Disliked: There was a lot of noise throughout the night and the bathroom sinks needed to be cleaned...

Love it!

Liked: Wonderful front desk experience. Lovely large room and they welcomed my dog. Breakfast included. This is our go to on the way to family south.

Satisfactory for one night stay.

Liked: Safe and big parking area. Comfortable enough bed. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Counter not wiped clean. Chair at desk was broken. Shower had very low pressure and touchy temperature control.

Expect not to sleep

Liked: Walls and floors, thin as paper you can hear everything that everyone is doing including people upstairs who like to run back and forth in their room, slam doies and yell at each other at 3:00 a.m. People next door who use speaker phone to talk and everything else going on outside. Bed was very old. Lumpy. No sleep at all.

Clean, updated rooms, would stay...

Liked: Clean, safe place to stay. Not the Ritz but not bad. The only downside was the heater that cycled off and on in the night and was very loud. But I was pleasantly surprised by the updated bathroom. Was glad I brought my own pillow. The inside of the rooms beats the outside appearance of the motel. I would choose this place again. There aren't a lot of options in Susanville.
Disliked: Directions in the room for the heater.
