The Male in the office...

Disliked: They stole my iPhone 14' and the housekeeping is janky. Literally tries to make u pay extra by stealing pillows. Idk it's kind of creepy. I had to explain myself after they were on the wrong multiple times before I didn't have to pay.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Upon check-in, we experienced a 20-minute wait as there was only one staff member available, who was occupied on the phone. To add to the inconvenience, our room key didn’t work, requiring us to return to the office for replacements. The sheets in the room appeared dingy, with a yellow tint that made them look either old or insufficiently cleaned. Although the reservation was for four guests, the bathroom was stocked with only one towel set. We had to call several times to request additional towels, and since only one person was working the front desk, there was a delay in receiving them. The location of the property was not ideal, and the parking lot was congested with tight, difficult-to-navigate spaces.
