Liked: It was convenient off the highway
Disliked: The light didn’t work by the sink. And the shower head wasn’t properly positioned and always made the floor wet

We were only there for...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was OK. It was a very quiet. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The sink for the bathroom had a large crack in it. The toilet was not properly secured to the floor so every time you would sit on it, it would shift and the same with the toilet seat. The towel bar hanging over the toilet was coming off of the wall.The wall lights in between the two beds were so loose that every time you would go to turn the lights on they would move.

Horrible

Liked: It could have been better and fresher
Disliked: The rooms were not cleaned good, broken furniture, dirty towels and bedbugs

Liked: No hot water, the check-in person at the front desk told us to turn the water on and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the hot water to activate. We did that and it was lukewarm. Light was out in the bathroom as one of the ballast was not working. No one was available at night when we got there to fix the light. Breakfast was awful. Never returning there again. Some type of compensation should be returned.

Disliked: I was supposed to have two beds, only got one. Front desk was extremely rude.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very exceptional. The front desk clerk welcomed us with a beautiful smile. The complementary Staff (she) kept the place nice and clean. And I had a wonderful time chatting with her. Even the maintenance crew was very helpful and friendly. So I can say it is a very nice group of people you have working for you
