Disliked: I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at SureStay Plus in Rexburg. I booked a room intending to stay the night of June 2, but the reservation system confirmed a date two weeks later. I noticed the error immediately and submitted a cancellation request. Despite explaining the situation and not using the room, I was still charged due to the non-cancellation policy.While I understand policies are in place, this was clearly a booking error—not a change of plans—and I acted quickly to correct it. Management acknowledged the mistake but still chose to uphold the charge, offering only to change the reservation to a future date, which was not helpful since the intended date had already passed.As a result, neither I nor the company I work for will be booking with SureStay, Best Western, or any of their affiliated brands again. I will also be sharing this experience publicly across social media platforms to help others make informed decisions.

Liked: Very clean, nice room with comfortable bed and allows pets.
Disliked: Front desk staff was not rude, but certainly not pleasant.
