SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport

Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.

Liked: Reno air races weekend.

Liked: Sweet girl at check in.
Disliked: We were on the 3 ed floor but the elevator was out of service !We carried bags up stairs. Out bathroom sink was a kitchen sink with a garbage disposal !!!The wall paper was pealing off in many sections of our room.

for 119 dollars I expected...

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: We were there for 3 nights and I keep putting my sign on the door to make up our room and it never happened. Since it wasn't cleaned for the last 3 nights, I have to ask for new towels. It is frustrating that why they skip our room and not others since our team stays in the same floor and all of their rooms were make up but not ours!

Liked: It was close to the airport and various places to get amenities.
Disliked: Main lobby appeared to have some repairs needing to be done on the ceiling. The fire alarm randomly went off one of the mornings and everyone needed to be evacuated. There appeared to have been no fire, but staff couldn't tell us what had happened... Also Some staff seemed uncaring and occasionally rude.
