Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.
Liked: Reno air races weekend.

Liked: This is my first time having an issue at this hotel. I like the location of the hotel and staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean. They also have beautiful courtyard.
Disliked: There were guest in another room that was extremely loud all night. I called the front desk, but it continued. I then tried to call the front desk again and no one answered for over an hour. I was very tired the next day when I had to go to training early in the morning. I don't understand why no one answered the phones.

Disliked: Front desk person wouldn't let me change reservation. Said booking.com was the only one could change it. Booking.com said only the hotel could change it. Ended up talking with reservation person at hotel who changed it.

Sleepless in Reno
Liked: Not much
Disliked: At checkin, Jolyn the receptionist was snarky and curt. No smile or friendly comment. Every guest is charged $10 for breakfast but when I asked if I could have a grab and go bag at 4:30AM because I had a 6:00AM flight, it was a flat NO. She said if I wanted anything that early I would need to buy it from the case (and pointed). In addition, the whole point in staying in a hotel is for sleep, but who can sleep when you hear every car on the street and interstate and every conversation in the hallway. I will not be returning to this property!

Liked: Room was well cleaned. No spare roll of T/P was found to be had.
Other guests need to remember to keep their damn mouths shut when walking too/from their rooms. I don't need to hear their conversations. People seem to have forgotten how to whisper.

Disliked: My toilet flooded at 12 midnight after I had told the staff at the front desk hours before that I had told them the toilet wasn?t flushing right.Midnight comes we used the restroom and it started to flood on the floor we called front desk nobody answered we had to walk from the 3rd to the desk so someone can assist us! Very bad service no comp no credit no discount! Never again will I be staying with them

Liked: Good location, clean room, and nice staff.
Disliked: The heater vent was broken/loose, we had to manually face them in the direction desired. The toiletries were stocked for one person even though we stated 2 guests on reservation. I was disappointed that there was not cable tv included with every booking.

Liked: The room is clean and comfortable, cost-effective, and there is a dog walking area next to the hotel, which is highly recommended.
Disliked: The service quality of hotel staff needs to be improved. When I arrived, the receptionist said she couldn't find my order, and she walked away. I had no choice but to ask another receptionist for help, which made me feel neglected.
