SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport

Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.

Liked: Reno air races weekend.

Disliked: There was a musty, unpleasant odor in the hallways and in the room. The elevator and ice machine were not working.

Liked: Nothing, Very disappointed in this hotel since it has changed ownership. A group of us will no longer be staying at this hotel
Disliked: Smell, Ice machine didn't work at times, Wifi never worked, TV didn't work at times, A/C was never blowing cold air, Bathrooms, need to be redone, Paint peeling, Carpet is pieced together, Rooms stink has a bad odor, Ever since this hotel changed ownership it has gone way down hill. We will no longer be staying at this hotel
