Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.

Liked: Reno air races weekend.

Good place to stay, but...

Liked: close to airport, I needed the long-term parking, which they offered
Disliked: Lack of communication after I checked out but left my vehicle, It was impossible to communicate with them when a question arose about the parking,

Liked: The place is very classy. The food of the restaurant is very good. The location next to the airport is ideal for people travelling.

Liked: We were locked out of our room and main door both nights, there was spiders in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work properly and there were creepy holes in the walls. And the shower head was stuck in one position so water flew out the shower onto the floor

Relaxing, spacious and comfortable.

Liked: Great value, pleasant atmosphere, great location. Beds were very comfortable, and the climate control was accurate and efficient. The receptionist was very nice and answered whatever questions we had.
Disliked: We were there for just one night, so there would be much more to explore on a longer visit. The furnishings were slightly dated, but the tv and coffee pot were new, and the bath area appeared to be recently updated and was very clean.
