SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport

Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.

Liked: The bed
Disliked: In addition to what I had already paid through Booking, I was told I wouldn't be allowed to stay the night unless I paid an extra $125. I find this unfair because this extra charge wasn't mentioned beforehand.

Liked: It was nice and clean and priced reasonably
Disliked: The Internet access was not good at all. Also, I’m a big guy and the toilets were so low, that I needed a arm rail to help me get up.

Convenient place to stay when...

Disliked: We were disappointed that there was no breakfast included in the price of our stay. The mattresses were way too soft. The pillows at best Western are way too thick. Also, I would’ve liked the sink to be in the rest of the bathroom rather than outside in the bedroom opposite closet. I was also disappointed to learn that the cost of long-term parking was going up significantly.
