Disliked: Noisy room doesn't match it's rate . They provide ear plugs in the room. Resption employee didn't deal the proper way when ck out .she didn't accept to provide any help and at the same time talking to some one in her mobile about me badly .for me very bad experience and opposite of Best Western carpineria Inn hotel experience previous night .

Liked: The room was clean, but had a very strong smell of cleaner. The pool was clean.
Disliked: There was alot of bags trash all over the hotel. Could hear the train in our room. The didnt seem very safe.

Disliked: USB outlets didn’t work. Went to have breakfast at 8:30. The Lady making the breakfast did not want to make more sausage said that she was only going to make eggs. Very rude.

Terrible Experience

Disliked: The staff were extremely inconsiderate and rude. Check-in took far too long, and we were left waiting outside in the cold and wind. Not only did they fail to offer us the chance to wait inside, but the person checking us in also saw me trying to open the wrong door and said nothing—seemingly letting us struggle unnecessarily. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown by the front desk staff. I would not recommend staying here.
