Quite good

Liked: Staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful, special mention must be made of Kareena who provided us with frjuits for dinner when our pizza delivery failed us. she also took care of our luggage when we went on a trip to Yosemite.
Disliked: Breakfast quality can certainly improve. Even though basics were ok, quality of scrambled eggs wasn't great, nor were there enough good quality fresh fruits (in California ! ?). Also, no assistance from staff was available.

Liked: Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: We were given a smoking room and my asthma was triggered all night. It was also super loud at night people were making a ton of noise above us and on the sides of us. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. Thankfully there were earplugs as that was the only way I was able to sleep.

Not the prettiest but lovely...

Liked: Great breakfast. Nice room. Great location for catching ferry to SF.
Disliked: Right next to interstate so not a pretty area but functional for needs.

Decent Stay

Liked: The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge and a microwave which we're great.
Disliked: The outside looks bad. Definitely needs an upgrade! It looks really ran down from the outside. The loud trains were very unpleasant. Loud guests were also an issue.
