Liked: The staff was able to accommodate 4 additional rooms for my group at the last second. They worked with us and made arrangements for everyone.
Disliked: No soap provided In the shower, but that’s a very minor issue

Liked: Staff was helpful. patient & kind. Rooms were clean & beds sooo comfortable. Bathroom nice but no body wash or bar soap. We used the little bottles of shampoo since we didn't pack ours. Breakfast was good-make-yourself waffles-only takes a few minutes in waffle grill, biscuits & gravy,, scrambled eggs, toast, dry cereal selection, juices, coffee, tea, milk, condiments. no hot chocolate this time.. Well stocked. If tables get full, there's a small sitting area you can use too. Remember to call ahead if you will be needing a late check-in, to hold your reservation. They book up fast.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and it was quiet outside my room.
Disliked: The TV did not have a sleep timer and there was not a traditional coffee maker. The coffee in the lobby was lacking. Also the breakfast was only so-so. The food could have been of better quality
