Worst Staff, Management and facility,...
Liked: Absolutely nothing. Stated pet friendly, it was not. Because I am a totally disabled Veteran, and my mother has mild dementia, having service animals is the only reason for letting us stay.
Disliked: Elderly mother was in lobby without her service puppies. Our animals were not even taken out of the room yet, once we checked in. Because of personal family issues at our destination. We were checking out several hours later. As I was checking out, I was informed that my $200 refundable deposit ($100 per room)was not going to be returned because someone walked through the lobby with Dog feces on their shoes. My mother was blamed, because we were the only customers with animals checked in and she was seen earlier in the lobby. Simply incredible, and simple minded that an establishment can quickly come to a conclusion of “guilt” based on such a lack of factual evidence, but based on…”You must have been the crappy shoes” because we checked in with Service Animals.
