Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and warm. We even had a flat tire the morning we checked out and they fully supported us. They fixed it for us too since it was a Sunday and most places were closed.Hotel was good value, handy lo atoon to farmhouse we were visiting and felt safe and clean.
Disliked: Warm and helpful staff.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: I cant put into words how awful this hotel is. I am a travel nurse and i have a service dog. I stayed here for over ten days and every day was a nightmare. The first night we discovered a roach infestation. I have pictures and videos. I didnt even make a huge deal i didnt ask for a refund i asked to be moved. They thought that moving me to the room next door was acceptable. Nope. So I requested another room. Since i had a service animal they refused to put me in any room that wasnt “pet friendly”. They clearly have no inservice about service animals bc a service animal does not need to be in a pet friendly room. The people at the front desk have zero customer service skills. The indian manager his name begins with R laughed in my face and told me “thats not a service dog”. He was so incredibly rude and wrong. He was yelling at me. One morning i went to extend my stay and they said they never received my payment which was a complete lie i had a confirmation number and paid through the app the same way every day. This guy was yelling and saying “its your problem not mine” he said he was gonna call the cops on me bc of this interaction. I never once yelled or cursed. He was out of his mind. I reached out to customer service on my booking app and miraculously they found the payment. SCAMMERS IS WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE. They also charged me a pet fee without even telling me. Which they had to refund me after going back and forth for 10 minutes it was absolutely insane. The black girl at the front desk was insane. Shes rude. I would walk up to the front desk everyday and say hello or good morning and she would never greet me back. Such a simple thing she couldnt even do. But thats not the worse part. The worst part about her is shes nasty. Her attitude it’s disgusting. She argues about everything. In a very nasty tone. Maybe she feels like this job gives her some power and it goes to her head im not sure.
