Fantastic !

Liked: Everything was great - I truly enjoyed every bit of my stay with Best Western. The staff was warm and courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and the room ambiance and furniture were top-notch.I fully enjoyed my stay and wonderful hospitality !
Disliked: The only thing that left me a bit disappointed was not being eligible for the $50 gift card offered to valued guests staying more than two nights. When I inquired, I was informed that because I booked through a third-party site, I did not qualify. I found this a bit confusing, as ultimately I still stayed at your hotel and paid for my stay, regardless of the booking channel.It made me feel somewhat less valued as a guest, which I’m sure isn’t the intention. I’m not making a complaint - just sharing my honest feedback.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom from room 217 was full of mold in the crevices of the bathtub. Room was hot and took over 1 hr to cool down.

Liked: I had an issue with the shower. The water was extremely hot. The maintenance worker came within a few minutes. He was kind and helpful. He explained the issue and had the manager move us to another room because the water would have to be shut off.
Disliked: There were very few restaurant options around the area. The area felt somewhat secluded.
