Nice, no elevator. Ask about...
Liked: Great location and staff.
Disliked: We got in late due to flight delays. We were not told about the roofing and what time they started, so we were never able to catch up on sleep. The TVs didn’t work the whole stay…no mention…another disappointment after a funeral a wanting to wind down. Hoping that discounts will be offered because we could have stayed elsewhere and this place was recommended.

Weekend trip
Liked: Jetted tub in room, location
Disliked: Lack of comfortable chairs, bed not comfortable, dusty- like the room hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. Gap under door allows for more sound from hallway. A kid was crying most of night, walking up and down hallway, finally some quiet, nope woke me up around 1:30am. Staff didn't seem to address it or move them to accommodate the rest of the patrons.Didn't find out about TV being out until we got there! That should of been communicated a few days prior to arrival, with plenty of time to cxl, if choose to.

Concerned about room design
Liked: the room was clean, and we received fresh towels daily. I liked the convenience of the guest laundry at the end of the hall.
Disliked: We booked an ADA compliant room, mostly for toilet size and bars in the shower. My spouse uses a cane and sometimes a walker. He gets up in the night frequently and can be unsteady. We had an incident which resulted in a trip to the local emergency room for stitches. An incident report was filed and we did receive somewhat of a discount as compensation. However, I believe the cause of the incident is a design feature in the room. It is an ADA compliant room, but it contains a feature that is of concern: an open closet at the entrance and a shelf that holds hangers, which, at my husbands height, are really in the way when the room is entered. and, this shelf is right by the entrance to the bathroom. I do believe the placement is awkward when one is is 6 ft+ in height and not wheelchair dependent. ( i also beliece the bathroom door opens the wrong way to facilitate bathroom entry from the room). The shelf that holds the hangers is right at head height for my spouse, and it juts out from the wall about a foot. In the night, despite having some lights on, my spouse got up to use the bathroom and hit his head on the corner of the shelf. The force of impact was enough that he received a sizeable laceration, which required treatment at the local emergency department. After the incident, we were unable to change to a different room due to the capacityof the motel, , so I placed a shoe over the corner of the shelf for padding and moved the folding luggage holder from that area to a different area of the room to allow a wider walking area to the bathroom and make another injury less likely.
