Staff very accommodating Building and...

Liked: Everything you need is there. Quality of cooked food needs attention. Coffee was really good
Disliked: Sound from above rooms is annoying Every step sounds like heavy thumping. Although carpeting is harder to clean it would muffle some of the noise

Liked: We stayed there about 2yr ago and it was excellent it seems to have Detroit quiet a bit pretty expensive at 139.00 when I started the booking on booking.com it was listed at 125 by the time the booking completed it had gone to 139
Disliked: No kleenex box was empty fan in the bathroom did not work room was dusty

Awful do not stay here

Liked: This property was so run down. There is no way it should be affiliated with the Best Western.
Disliked: This property was so run down. There is no way it should be affiliated with the Best Western. The odour entering the building. We were given a room where the housekeeper sprayed so much air freshener I had an instant migraine. The couch was covered with stains. I could not stay in the room long enough to look at anything else. My husband went to the front desk and complained saying there is no way we can stay in our room. The staff member and my father came to our room 223. The staff member was not very nice to my husband. He ended up leaving. We stayed at the Marriott with 2 of my other cousins who were also supposed to stay at this property. I am upset that I was still charged $300 and all the manager said to me was sorry. That is not good customer service. I work hard for my money.
