Disliked: Extensive wait upon arrival to check in, water wasn’t hot in shower, no easy ice access.

Bad

Needs repair

Liked: The front desk staff were great, especially with what they had to work with. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Extremely run down. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges, coffee pot had used pod in it, mold in bathroom. All of which made us question cleanliness.

Passable

Liked: the check in and check out process was smooth. The location was fine, nothing sketchy.
Disliked: The room floor was sticky and sinking in, in the middle of the room, and the nonsmoking room smelled like mildew.

Exceptional

A few hiccups that were...

Liked: Great breakfast. Staff went far above and beyond their calls of duty to make our stay most enjoyable.
Disliked: I needed a handicapped room and I reserved one. When we got to the hotel, there had been a mix up and they had already rented the only handicapped room they had. The staff then got together, fixed us up in a room with a walk in shower and we made it fine.

Good stay for travellers.

Liked: We booked from our car on the highway and everything was fine when we got there. It was a rainy Friday night in early March. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. We were travelling with or year old puppy and were on the second floor. The hotel was really clean and the TV worked well.
Disliked: The area around was not that great for dog walking but it was rainy so we did not want to stay out that long.
