Great place

Liked: All the staff were wonderful. Desk girl was very friendly for check in, and the lady in the morning was working her butt off working the front desk and keep the breakfast stocked on a Saturday morning when it was very busy and did it with kindness and a smile. Hard to come by this day.
Disliked: Our bathroom had no toilet paper or cups.

Bad

Disliked: Was charged twice. I prepaid through booking when i arrived at the hotel i was told i never paid and had to pay, so ontop of the $100 incidental fee i was charged again for the room itself. I called booking customer service they couldnt figure out what was going on and why the property didnt receive my prepayment, the property manager was supposed to be there the following day for booking to have them process the refund. I called the following day the manager still wasnt available and i still havent heard from booking or the property on what is going on with the refund. The coffee was also shit.
