Clean and comfortable

Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Surprisingly quiet and spacious.
Disliked: No coffee in the lobby before breakfast time.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was assigned a smoking room…when making my reservation I chose non-smoking but once I got to the hotel and asked about trying to change the room..the staff indicated that the room was what it was and there was nothing they could do about it….therefore I had to go buy all these cleaning supplies to make this room liveable for me and my daughter for the next two nights. Very horrible experience

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The bed was very comfortable with good clean linen. Breakfast was good, and if items were running low, they were quickly topped up by staff. The reception room/breakfast area was very clean and welcoming, and all staff were friendly.We had a very pleasant 4 night stay.
Disliked: The microwave and the desk chair were faulty.

Liked: Location was the only best thing about the stay. It was surrounded by all the restaurants n shopping centers.
Disliked: First, we came early, so the room wasn't ready to check in yet, which is expected. So I paid and I arrived back at 2:55pm and they were still cleaning.I would think if someone is arriving to check in at 3pm that the room should be clean at least 30 minutes before they arrive. The room was a smoke room, and that's because it was the only thing left to book with 2 beds. Which yet again was a bad choice because the room smelled just like tobacco. My kids and I didn't feel comfortable in this room. We were more worried about not bringing home bed bugs. While sleeping in the room, we hear someone trying to get in the room around 5am. I looked out the window and it was a man and lady. I informed them they were at the wrong room. So they left. After that, someone calls my room asking for my name. They never identified themselves. I had to ask a couple of times whom I was speaking too. I gave the worker my name, and she asked when did I check in as if she didn't have that information. This put a bad taste in my mouth. I am not happy with the stay. I wouldn't recommend no one here.
