Liked: The building itself is solid cement which keeps it super cool in the baking heat of Drumheller, and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and water slide and our room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: There aren’t private showers in the pool area so you have to go back to your room to wash off but we made it work. The mattress wasn’t great quality and not comfortable.

Liked: Beds were like any other hotel. Staff was pleasant
Disliked: The hotel smells like grandma bar soap, which is not pleasant. Breakfast was not appealing. Pool water was very murky. Carpet needs updating as although clean, still looked dirty.

A good place to stay

Liked: The room was comfortable and quiet. It was easy to find and had a good variety of eating places within walking distance, one of which was an impressive supermarket called Fresons.
Disliked: Some of the fixtures and fitting were a bit tired. The breakfast set up was challenging, it’s a large hotel with a very small area in which to eat breakfast, and the supplies kept running out!

Liked: Room smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Very clean room. Pool was fun, not crowded.

Liked: Location was great for our event and restaurants were walking distance.
Disliked: The bed was a little stiff, our backs were sore.

Liked: The breakfast was adequate, they restocked it when we asked for things that ran out. We really appreciated a call when I left my e-reader in the room and held it at the front desk for pick up. The cleaning staff were really helpful in finding a cot for my grandson and the ones we met in the hall were very friendly.
