Exceptional

Liked: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

Decent option in the area...

Liked: Kind people at check-in and the continental breakfast was appreciated! It was only a 35 min drive into the Chicago - so we liked the location
Disliked: The rooms were old (the floor we were on was under construction, likely making updates) and our bathroom light was on a motion sensor that kept turning on and off throughout the night.

Liked: Comfortable Bed.
Disliked: The smell in the room was a combination of Dog Pee and chemical coverup. Smelled worse on my side of the bed.I went to bed smelling it and woke up to the same smell. The rooms were tidy and looked clean except for the odor.We didn’t ask to change rooms because we had already moved from another floor due to the smell of glues or adhesive used in a hallway building upgrade which made me instantly ill.

Liked: Good location for travel around the west suburbs and easy location from the airport. Large parking lot with free parking. Room met expectations, but nothing fancy. Price was reasonable compared to other nearby locations. Decent breakfast with two rotating hot dishes each day (usually scrambled eggs and a meat). Coffee machine and refrigerator in room.
Disliked: There were a few things that could have been improved. There seemed to be a group of people who camped out in the common room/ dining room every morning to evening and ran a call center of some kind. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and this occurred every day. Loud Tv's were in every room during breakfast with Fox news in the main room. Please let people eat in peace. There is an extended stay extension right next to the main hotel with some questionable characters hanging out all day.
