Good location but too many...

Liked: Location was good and based on other reviews, chose this property.
Disliked: The odor in the hallways was not my choice plus the staff uses too much Fabioso. It took forever to get the hot water for a shower or to wash my face.No diet soda to purchase. Breakfast eggs were consistently bad. All other options were fine.

Liked: Clean and friendly
Disliked: Halls of ere noisy and you can hear the guests upstairs talking, running, and jumping.

Liked: Very friendly staff. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It is not new but very well maintained

Liked: This is the second time I’ve stayed here. And every time I come back to the Chicago area, I will return here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is vast and convenient. I highly recommend.
