SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Billings

I don’t mind this hotel...

Liked: The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The air was not working in the pool/spa area. It was extremely hot and humid. So much so that we had to open the door to the outside where it was 94 degrees (cooler than in the pool!)This is the second room I’ve stayed in that has had a very noisy air conditioner unit in the room and drapes that were missing hooks so it was impossible to block outside lighting.

Comfortable Rooms & Conveniently located

Liked: The rooms are comfortable, especially the beds.
Disliked: I wish you had gluten free and dairy free people in mind with regard to the breakfast. Breakfast manager was helpful and called the vendor to ask about egg ingredients and I appreciated that. No gluten free cereal but the sign says there is. Offered gluten free bread but no separate toaster which means it won’t be gluten free due to cross contamination with gluten in toasters. I wish anyone with allergies that can’t have the breakfast could get a $10 refund. I brought my own bread, my own toaster, peanut butter, jam. Eggs have dairy and I couldn’t trust the potatoes didn’t have additives.
