Best western Surestay was wonderful...

Liked: Breakfast didn't seem the best but I ate breakfast locally. Coffee machine needs help. I purchased a coffee pot and coffee for my room.
Disliked: Coffee was horrible.

In town to visit family....

Liked: Clean, homey atmosphere.Friendly, attentive staff.Clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very helpful staff. Receptionist was friendly, and cleaning staff really good and helpful.
Disliked: Keep breakfast area stalked through 9am

Liked: Room was clean . Staff was pleasant on check in , Breakfast was great , location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants . The checkout was easy , quick , staff member was very polite and friendly
Disliked: Not accessible for people with handicap , or injury like my knee . No elevator , but got a main floor room. There are a couple of steps at the entrance, and the luggage carts are at the top of the stairs , so items had to be carried up to be put on the cart . The bed was comfy , but a little high for myself and other people who are vertically challenged . The toilet is too low for old folks like us .

Liked: The lobby has a lot of dark wood throughout it. Plaques on the walls talked about the area the lobby had 2 different porches and a back patio that gave you a nice place to sit.
