Pleasant stay, great location, excellent...

Liked: ok breakfast. Thought the heart in the center of my waffle was nice. Staff was kind, personable & always helpful.
Disliked: the basic structure of the building !!! I did not sleep through the night at all, any night. any time another guest's door closed, the entire room feels the concussion. It literally sounds like an explosion. Staff is aware..... but what can they do ?. Being by myself, feeling what seemed like random explosions all night didn't tend towards a decent nights sleep.

Liked: Not at all super dirty andThe quality was terrible, the room was in poor condition even the bed. I sent an email to the manager, but he still hasn't responded to see if they would refund me because the room was in terrible condition. They charged me for it and I didn't sleep in it. No one could sleep in that room in poor condition. The broken jacuzzi leaked in the room, everything was terrible and had a very bad smell. I have more photos and video but here it only gives the option of 4

Liked: Location was close to city centre with a car.
Disliked: Room check-in was not until 15:00 hours, staff did accommodate with room upgrade, but room had only two towels for four guests, has to request extra, bath plug blocked water in bath barely drained away, and to set water temperature a difficulty trying balance two taps. The room bathroom looked very tired. Breakfast pretty poor choice and again plastic cutlery and paper cups and plates
