Not a safe hotel with...

Liked: The check in staff helped us get things set up and he was nice.
Disliked: The smoke detector was covered in plastic. The ac unit would not regulate the room. The room smelled of mildew and pot. The floor was sticky and damp. There were cigarette holes in the blankets. One of the towels had black marks on it. Two of the lights would not turn on. The pool was closed and the desk attendant said it had been closed for a month.

Liked: No pool or hot tub either night and the room was very dirty and cobwebs in the window INSIDE!! Never again will this happen!!
Disliked: I didn't like anything! The pool and hot tub were out both nights and cobwebs INSIDE windows it was far from clean and I want money back for no pool or hot tub either night.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the lady at the desk wheb I was checking out named hunter.
Disliked: The person who checked us in told us the pool was closed for the night. Turns out it had been out of maintenance for weeks. I was not informed. Upon entering, I noticed the toliet with pee on the seat and in it. There was no restocking of towels, hand soap, bath rug, or even pillow cases. The sheets had a grease stain. There was no hot water. The manager was not on duty, so nothing was done to make right the situation. When we left, I noticed I hadn't grabbed a baby noise machine, so I went back to get it only to be told lies about where it was and that I should call back another time to check. The person cleaning the room didn't take it to the front desk and said another lady had taken it. When confronted, she said she did not. Either way, my property was stolen.

Disliked: Wholes in the wall, must have been a leak in bathroom ceiling, maybe mold looking stuff around tub, something maybe electrical was open and not covered in by first bed. Bedspread dirty.

Disliked: The staff, Jeff or Jay was rude. The pool was under maintenance and NO elevator. I book the room for the pool upon arrival when the staff told me the pool is under maintenance, I asked if I could cancel my reservation and not be charged. The front desk staff told me he would cancel it, and I would not be charged due to the poor being out of order. He lied and I was charged the full amount. So there’s that….

Liked: Staff was nice and the place was clean.
Disliked: Room was on 2nd floor but no elevator to haul luggage. The pool was down for maintenance. The waffle batter for the free breakfast waffle maker wasn't mixed properly so the waffles didn't cook right.
