Disliked: The staff, Jeff or Jay was rude. The pool was under maintenance and NO elevator. I book the room for the pool upon arrival when the staff told me the pool is under maintenance, I asked if I could cancel my reservation and not be charged. The front desk staff told me he would cancel it, and I would not be charged due to the poor being out of order. He lied and I was charged the full amount. So there’s that….

Liked: Staff was nice and the place was clean.
Disliked: Room was on 2nd floor but no elevator to haul luggage. The pool was down for maintenance. The waffle batter for the free breakfast waffle maker wasn't mixed properly so the waffles didn't cook right.

Disliked: Room not maintained. Tub had mold around it. AC unit didn’t work.

Disliked: The manager/owner was very rude and denied any form of appropriate compensation after we received the key to first, a dirty room, then second, someone else’s room in which we walked in on them. It was extremely unprofessional and disturbing.

Disliked: No hot water, no tea bags, uncomfortable noisy bed
