Liked: Don't stay here no microwaves rooms were dirty we had to get moved 3 diffrent times and each on had something else wrong that we gave up and left for most of the night and only was in the room when need to be

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This has been the worst hotel if something happens to me I want all the responsibility to fall on this hotel there was blood all on the bed and the maintenance man just used his own key and opened the doors knowing I was in here he said he had to fix the bathroom when there’s nothing wrong with it I don’t feel safe at all.

Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: I needed the cart to bring my stuff in and the guy told me they had stuff on it for the hotel officer whatever anyone can clear it off for me to use

Disliked: That the maintenance guy knocked at my door at 1000 pm to ask me if the light in the bathroom had a cover.

Not great place to stay

Liked: They didn't have a breakfast. The room was run down, the TV didn't work, the iron was gone, there was only one towel
Disliked: Won't stay there again

Liked: My trip was very nice, relaxing, and very peaceful, just what I wanted.

Liked: Staff and hotel policies are user friendly
Disliked: It was fine for the class of hotel Itvin’s.
