SureStay Plus by Best Western Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Excellent stay once we found...

Liked: Pool was nice. Breakfast was good, staff kept eating area exceptionally clean. Staff behind the counter was always friendly.
Disliked: Even though we booked at SureStay, sign in front of hotel was "Montreal", so we had to drive by several times to final figure out location.

Whomever redesigned the guest rooms...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The rooms were recently redesigned. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was removed leaving very little light in the room. The new shower has no soap dish. The sofa tables were removed leaving no spot for charging devices.

Disliked: The smell of mold, the place was in need of repair and heavy cleaning.

Staff was attentive and friendly

Liked: Close to destination. Clean and had lots of room.

Disliked: The resort is undergoing renovations. I don’t have an issue with this, but I do have an issue with bugs, rusted microwave, humidity level in the room. I felt sticky the whole time.
