beautiful area

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: The ice maker was right outside our room and sounded like a jackhammer most of the night!

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The speed of check in, cleanliness of room, space in the room, and overall attention to detail in terms of I felt at home, I have a rule that if a hotel is or feels dirty or unkept, I don't take off my sandals. I was able to take off my sandals within this room within the first 20 seconds. Amazing place to go to the National Park nearby.
Disliked: Door to the parking lot, from our room, was on the side, and you couldn't come back in that way unless you put a rock on the door to hold it. Otherwise, you had to enter the lobby to go all the way around. They should install room card reader at that back entrance for convenience of guests.

Exceptional

Not Acomodating, Pool Amenities Iffy.

Liked: The facilities looked clean. My room was clean.
Disliked: I arrive 19 minutes early. Note on desk said early arrivals get charged $20.00. The desk man said your a smidge early. I said are you going to charge me. He said yes. He said come back in a few minutes and I wont charge you. I left and came back 19 min later. I travel allot have never been charged for arriving early, may have had to wait until a room available. Most Hotels want to make us happy. Also I booked this the day before i arrived. I usually call to see if pool and hot tub working and warm and hot. I make sure to call the Hotel directly. The man on the phone said yes to all of that. Of course I arrived and the Hot tub was cold and the pool was barely warm. I bring it up to the same desk man. He said what number did you call? Who did you talk to? I didnt get a name. He was just basically saying I was lying. I told him I wanted to cancel my room. He said I couldn't because I booked thru Booking.com. I paid at the Hotel. I did get in the pool even though a bit cold.

Probably wouldn't stay there again...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was great.
Disliked: There was no wifi in my room, #207.

Worked for the night

Disliked: Called ahead and told we could check in early to get ready to go to a wedding. When we arrived 4 hours later ahand written sign said we had to pay ?20.oo tocheckin early. Should have been informed over the phone

Avoid this place!!

Liked: Location to the airport
Disliked: They gave me a room with a broken ac unit. Cable tv did not work

Unfortunate

Disliked: Staff untrained, equipment, like room keys, not workin. Took over a half hour to get into the room and then left me unable to leave the room and it be secure. Never got fixed. Had to turn off the air conditioner because the thermostat didn't work so it just kept running. Not fun!
