Good noghts rest very quiet

Liked: The breakfast was a normal set-up but the staff wasn't keeping up with food. Lots of people standing around waiting for food to be prepared. It was 7am when all the people's were waiting
Disliked: More attention to details. Staff should never be standing outside main door enjoying a cigarette. Both staff were outside main entrance smoking?

It’s a great safe place...

Liked: Darius at the front desk was just the greatest! Super friendly made you feel welcome from the second you stepped up to the desk! We stay at this place every time we come down for my doctors cuz of the staff, it’s clean, quiet the location and you feel safe from the parking to your room. The beds and pillows are super comfortable!
Disliked: The ac in the room 117 wasn’t working right it was uncomfortable. Came and went actually sometimes it was fine but it never blew on high got up in the middle of the night hot. You need to fix that . And the fridges are never turned up higher from the back. Don’t turn them up all the cuz it will freeze your food! You have to do it yourself. Some people don’t know where to do that at. It’s hard to get to with people that have shoulder issues and body issues due to being broken like i am ha. So the hotel should automatically just turn them up more guests want their drinks and food cold. The fridge is always an issue as in you have to it yourself but it’s hard cuz it’s on the backside of the fridge just hard to get to. I guess i will just ask them to always come to the room and turn it up for me cuz I can’t do it. That’s a minor thing and doesnt affect me staying there cuz it’s fixable. So to not get a complain on a review just turn them up more so the fridge is cold for all guests in all rooms and make sure every ac unit is working properly. Make sure it blows on high, people with hot flashes need air lol . I will say the first time we had an issue with a fridge not being cold i called the front desk they had the maintenance guy at our room really fast and he was the one that showed us how to turn it up from the back. But if you are unable and it is in an a bad place for someone like me that has joint and muscle issues so just turn them up in all the rooms so noone has to complain or say anything. It’s an easy fix.

Liked: It is a little run down on first impression but they revamped the rooms and they are clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but average, nothing to write home about!
