Disliked: The ceiling/floors are a bit thin, so you can hear people walking around unless you go to the third floor.

Disliked: As we get older, need to have a bar next to the toilet ... to help pull myself off the toilet seat. Ask an 63 year and older people if they have an issue in getting off the toilet seat by themselves.

Liked: The breakfast was a normal set-up but the staff wasn't keeping up with food. Lots of people standing around waiting for food to be prepared. It was 7am when all the people's were waiting
Disliked: More attention to details. Staff should never be standing outside main door enjoying a cigarette. Both staff were outside main entrance smoking?
