Nice Stay

Liked: The location of the property & the room were perfect! It was very clean & the Staff was very accomodating.
Disliked: The bottom sheets don't stay on the beds. The towels are paper thin. There was only one bar of soap to share with the 2 sinks. The hotel seemed fairly full. Surely you can afford better linens & 2 bars of soap.

Disliked: Confirmed handicap room given to someone else by day clerk. Shoddy practice. Will not stay there again. No other handicap room available.

Liked: I was told I would have an ADA room, it was confirmed this morning. When we got here the desk clerk told us the previous clerk changed my room and gave it to someone else. The desk clerk was upset and finally gave us another room because the earlier clerk had put us on the second floor, the hotel has no elevator and I can't climb stairs. We had to buy handholds for the tub shower. The clerk who checked us in was very understanding and helpful. Needless to say. I won't stay here again.
