Disliked: Needed remodeling and room could have been cleaner. Bathroom smelt bad of cigarette smoke.

Liked: The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We loved our room with a whirlpool and fireplace. It was very comfortable and restful. The location was superb; within walking distance of everything. My husband especially enjoyed the pool. We will return again and again!
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Husband said ice machine had a annoying sound come through the air conditioning / heater

Nice staff and great location!

Liked: The location is wonderful!! We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was so nice and gave us tons of information about the area and cool things to go see.
Disliked: Everything was good about the room except the pillows.... They were just a little pillow case of fluff. If you tried to use two pillows you sank down into them so far you felt suffocated. Definitely need fuller pillows or take your own. We had constant problems with our TV remote... Some days it would turn the TV on but wouldn't control anything. Other days it wouldn't work at all... Several trips to the office to get new remotes or maintenance help.
