SureStay Hotel by Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon

Fine stay for the cost.

Liked: Friendly staff and convenient location just outside of Williams. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Rooms need some updating - water damaged wall behind toilet, chipped veneer on table, loud AC unit, and unsecured exterior door on first floor. First floor was half underground from parking area.

Disliked: The pictures did not match what was in person, the pictures made it seem like it was a fancy hotel

Liked: The rooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety. The front desk clerk was very friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: I don't have anything negative to say about this property.
