Awful

Disliked: Had NO hot water for two days. Hall way was extremely cold. When asking about water temperature we were told it would be fixed when we got back from our day out. Return to NO hot water for shower. We left and went to different hotel in Marion Il. Have not received info on refund.Also stood for 15 minutes waiting for desk help to come check us in upon arrival. I finally had to go find someone down hallway ( person had looked at us several times ) and that person was running desk.
