Disliked: This is an old hotel with an old outside elevator Parking in bottom lot didn’t feel safeCouldn’t cancel without a $119 fee so had to stayRoom and premises were not clean

Liked: Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast
Disliked: Lots of tripping hazards both in the room and on the grounds, elevator kept getting stuck, only one ice machine on the first floor and we were staying on the fifth floor.

Liked: The location is great, the top floor height of the rooms are good. Good parking facilities, Ramya the front desk staff was friendly , the juice dispenser in front desk was a plus .
Disliked: The pool picture are deceiving, there was a cockroach in bathroom, the elevator is a pain it’s slow and dingy, breakfast is not good, house Keeping was not there everyday , the bed is noisy so is the air conditioner. Bathroom is too small and the pot is very low and flush is loud , sink and shower has no water pressure.
