Lier's and they steal from...

Liked: The manager said she talked to booking and our money would be refunded she lied and didn't do her job! We tried changing the date the manager failed and didn't reply to booking I think it a rigged deal that takes advantage of disabled people we ended up paying more than what we booked it for on booking for a month nobody helped us the manager lied more than once I will never use booking or this motel or any of it's chains!!
Disliked: Nothing horrible customer service manager does not do her job and lies!!

I stayed there two nights...

Disliked: Construction was going on so I couldn't give it a five-star and turning left from Blue lakes boulevard is tricky. Sometimes you have to circle back around. Lots of traffic.

You lost a customer… Wont...

Liked: Location was good, center to all things
Disliked: Asked for room to be serviced 3 days of our 7 we were there and it was never touched. Had to get our own restock of towels, soaps, toilet paper . By end of week the room was filthy.

When in Twin Falls again...

Liked: Loved our room. Parking was close and room and bed were wonderful. The staff at the front desk were awesome. The young blond lady directed me where to park and had a luggage cart waiting for me when I got there!!
Disliked: Not a thing!
