Disappointing

Liked: The night clerk was nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The biscuits for the gravy were missing at breakfast, and there was a nail clipping on our floor, and there was a dirty washcloth shoved into the tissue box opening on the vanity and there was no shampoo soap or conditioner in the shower.

Liked: The beds once cleaned were comfortable.
Disliked: This place was not clean at all. My wife cleaned the head board and the remote once we got settled because it was disgusting. The carpet in the room was sticky so you need to wear shower shoes while walking around. The water pressure in the bath was the worst of any hotel I have encountered. The couch in the suite needs to be covered, we brought a blanket. Also we checked out two days early and were told by the front desk clerk that we didn't need to do anything else and that we should be refunded for the two nights not stayed and the manager refused to address the issue because I booked thru booking and booking.com redirected me back to the hotel for any refund of changes to dates. The manager even called me this morning on the morning of original check out to ask if I was checking out or extending my stay after a conversation with him yesterday and the fact that we checked out Sunday morning.

Disliked: There was bugs in my room, my blind wouldn’t go down and a foul odor in the room but I sprayed Lysol to help that.
