Liked: Have stayed numerous times before and always been very pleased
Disliked: They were booked up so we were “upgraded”. It was not upgrade to us. Instead of 2 beds got a king and a very uncomfortable couch. The bathroom door had been replaced with a slide door. There were cracks between the door and door frame that you could easily see through. The comforter we received to make the couch up was stained with big yellow spot

Liked: This hotel is always clean and the staff super friendly. The only complaint would be the lack of variety in the free breakfast, all 3 mornings of our stay they had the same thing. But other than that was a great stay!

Liked: The beds were awful, and the sheets had a bad smell to the. The bathroom sink would not drain at all. Breakfast was also not edible.

Liked: Location was decent and close to stores
Disliked: The smell walking into the hotel was so strong it could give you a headache. We booked a suite and the smell was awful, there weren’t extra sheets for the pull out couch that was filled with stains, the sheets on the bed were dirty and had stains on them even the pillow cases. I had to put extra t shirts over the pillow cases so my kids didn’t sleep on them it was so gross. In addition the bathrooms were awful as well. Definitely not well kept or cared for and they definitely do not clean the rooms as they should.
