Liked: I got in town after 9pm so the reservation bumped me up with no extra costs. The room space was amazing, the location over the office was perfect being alone. The housekeepers are very kind ESPECIALLY MS. SHAY!!!! HHEEEYYYY SUGGAAA!!! Thank you for always being so welcoming and kind and sharing ur beautiful smile to brighten the day.
Disliked: I LOVE that there was NOTHING FOR ME TO DISLIKE during the visit.

Liked: Price was very reasonable. The breakfast was adequate for a quick start. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Nice size fridge in room. Shower was hot. Close to dining and shopping options.
Disliked: Hiway noise. Neighboring room noise. No flavored creamers for the coffee.

Disliked: We prepaid on line but when we got there they said they didn’t have it. Paid again and then had to call Booking.com and they issued a refund for the double payment. They called the hotel to let them know they are supposed to accept prepay! Then the only ice machine was broken. Dryer did not get very hot. Had to run 2 cycles to get clothes dried.Breakfast wasn’t ready at 6:40 (opens at 6:30). Lied to us that a construction crew had wiped them out. It was obvious that wasn’t true. Nothing was ready! The waffle maker was still warming up. Juice machine out of order. Had to wait on the coffee! Overall not a great experience!
