Disappointing

Liked: well my stay didnt start well when I called to be picked up from Tampa airport by the Free Shuttle as advertised on Booking.com - so i had chosen the hotel because it did have a free shuttle from the airport. so I should have stayed somewhere much nicer and closer to the airport when you have to add the Uber driver to come and pick me up to drop me here (US $28). I had also pre-paid for my room before becoming aware of this. Very disappointed about that because I couldn't change my booking without forfeiting the money I had paid for the room. so that wasn't happening.the room itself was large and thr king bed was ok.
Disliked: oh sorry I should have put my comments above in the things I didn't like..the area is not fabulous and walking the streets at night to get something to eat or drink. and crossing the road with all the lanes you need to be careful!thankfully the hotel wasn't very busy but I would think it would be noisy with families and kids partying on in tbe pool. the breakfast on offer was ok but nothing to be excited about.please make sure you arrive with bottles water because you can't find any drinking water in tbe place. The vending machines I was directed to did not hold any bottles of water - and the little frog that was hopping away scared the living bejusus. there was no pricing on the vending machine. the next best option is walking around the street to get water to drink..

Liked: I liked that they provided us with a larger bottle of shampoo, conditioner,and body wash
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable

Liked: For the price I paid to stay here for 2 nights, the place was excellent. My room was clean and spacious. They even supply hygiene items in the room. The continental breakfast was great and had many choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: The pool area was really nice and quiet.. the hotel was in a really good location there is a lot of eatery spots in the area .. the people are really sweet and mannerable. Every one said hello 🤗. I really enjoyed my birthday weekend here. I will be returning again. It was quiet at night.
Disliked: The small garbage cans in the rooms . Bigger items don't fit. The shower head had some residue ..it could use some deep clean etc ...but other than that it was actually okay I would actually give them another try ..
