Liked: Very convenient location to PIE airport. Good price.
Disliked: Cleanliness of rooms- floors and walls dirty. Some mold, and flaking/drippy paint. Cockroaches found in room. Linens weren’t clean/had burn marks, and air conditioning unit was loud and didn’t work well. Ducks in pool, and small iguanas near pool/sidewalks. A lot of construction workers stayed in this facility, and dominated the breakfast area.

Disliked: Though appeared clean. There was an odd odor in the room. The beds need updating. Too much exterior noise from other guests. Had to leave early due to the noise and rough bedding
